Mr. Ward founded Central Mass Web Design www.centralmasswebdesign.com in 2002 and has since directed the operations of the company and its growth. Ward has continued to direct a team of seasoned professionals in the design and development of countless websites. From small business sites and non-profit organizations to larger-scale projects that enable companies to establish a corporate presence, Ward and his team have a proven track record of delivering high-quality work.
Before starting CMWD, Mr. Ward worked for Lycos.com. Of his noteworthy accomplishments, Ward worked directly with their partners; industry giants such as Google, Yahoo, and MSN on a keyword bidding management system for the pay per click industry. Mr. Ward has also spearheaded the development of 30 “Toys for Tots” websites across the country and has donated his company’s services to several worthwhile causes.
He brings to each and every client the knowledge and expertise of his work with industry icons as well as his skills honed in working on hundreds of internet based projects. Mr. Ward has also served as a regular columnist at the Gardner News, writing about website development and the landscape of the Internet and has written commentary for New England Real Estate Journal and the Worcester Business Journal.

General Manager
We are happy to announce Mark Smith, previously, the Sales and Marketing Manager for Central Mass Web Design has accepted the position of General Manager. He brings to Central Mass Web Design almost 30 years of experience in business management, print and media design and production, along with extensive sales and marketing experience.
Mark was most recently employed as the general manager for a local printing services company. Previously, he was founder and President of SoundImage, Inc., a multi-media production company with offices in Largo, Florida and Central Massachusetts. Prior to that, he worked for 15 years as Client Services Manager, and VP of Creative Services for Delta Audio-Visual in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Mark will be working the coming year on the development of various Marketing Programs to complement the company's existing Website Business Plans, as well as overseeing the implementation of Central Mass Marketing, the marketing division for our Placemat Advertising Services.

Senior Project Manager
Kimberly Veautour has over 10 years experience in both Project Management and Customer Service Management. This experience includes extensive program and project management roles with emphasis on client relations and project implementation. Kimberly is an effective leader and can drive site development processes to meet goals in an efficient and organized manner. Recently married and relocated to Central Massachusetts, her previous employment includes Senior Project Management / Office Management for Thornhill Construction, located in Rhode Island. Kimberly has managed many “new build” and “site modification” projects throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
In her spare time Kimberly enjoys coaching a competitive adult softball team, and traveled to Arizona in October 2007 to participate in the NAGAAA Softball World Series. Kimberly belongs to many groups and organizations including The Association for Project Management, The Renaissance City Softball League, ON Open Networkers, NESF, LinkedIn, and LinkedIn Power Women.

Bryan is one of the first people from our office a client meets to establish their web presence. Bryan comes with a design background and assists clients in developing a website that their customers and clients will easily understand and convert for future business relationships.

PHP Developer / Toys For Tots Liaison
At the age of six Greg started using computers to learn math and shortly after this discovery started school. A couple of years later he got his first computer and never looked back. Starting with DOS Scripting and Q-Basic programming, his love for computers just continued to grow. In 1996, Greg acquired his first job in the field and realized the need for knowledgeable people in the field. Since then he has learned networking, computer repair, server management, and web authoring just to name a few. Currently he works with PHP/MySQL for web applications and has worked with such organizations as Toys For Tots in building them a custom web application.
Greg is an Alumnus of Mount Wachusett Community College located here in Gardner Massachusetts. He also is a member of Phi Theta Kappa (National Greek Honor Society) and Alpha Beta Gamma (Business Greek Honor Society)

Mrs. Marshall has been working for Central Mass Web Design Inc. since it's inception in 2002. Previously she held positions in the corporate environment writing documentation for software manuals.
Graphic Design
Pao is currently a student attending Fitchburg State College, working towards his degree in Graphic Design. He developed a passion for Graphic Design in high school. While in high school Pao completed over 100 hours of volunteer service involving graphic design. Pao comes from a large family with 6 brothers and sisters. In his spare time he enjoys Arts, Photography and Video Games. Pao has been with Central Mass Web Design since he was a high school student, working part-time.
Administrative Office Assistant
Carol and her husband previously owned and operated Parents and Son, Inc. for 25 years. With her experience in the hospitality industry, Carol brings an understanding of what true customer service entails. Carol brings a varied administrative background to the CMWD Team. She currently lives in Gardner with her husband.
