PHP Developer
PHP/LAMP developer with development, testing, deployment and optimization experience in both database-driven and web-based applications. Collaborate closely with our Project Manager, Designers, Account Executives, and Clients to ensure proper support is provided.
Core Functions
- Development, testing and deployment of database driven and web based applications using PHP, XML, CSS, HTML, DHTML, XHTML, JavaScript and AJAX Technology
- Develop functional solutions (custom scripts) as needed
- Work closely with Product Management on User Interface layout and design
- Email, hosting, web application, and content management support, configuration, administration, and training.
- PHP Content Management and osCommerce experience a plus.
Qualifications
- 3 + years experience in web development
- Development Expertise in OOP, PHP, Web Services, JavaScript, Apache, XML, Ajax, MySQL, and UNIX tools.
- PHP architecture and implementation experience
- SSH experience a plus (not required)
- Ability to work well with other developers, work in tight deadlines, and deliver quality applications on-time
- Work proactively with the Project Manager and other team members to develop the best technical design and approach for upcoming product development.
- Maintain current technical knowledge to support rapidly changing technology.
Full-time, salaried position.
